Increase the cooling water flow rate.
Check the cooling water flow normally.
If this error happens often, consult us.
216 LD CURRENT HIGH (A03) OFF ON
Overcurrent of the LD.
Restart the Laser. If this error happens often, con-
sult us.
217 OUTPUT POWER LOW (A04) OFF ON
The optical circuit is wrong.
Consult us.
218 ILLEGAL USE (A05) - -
Invalid operation in self-checking at warming-up.
Restart in accordance with the operation manual.

FIBER OUTPUT UNIT ERROR

Check the feed fiber broken.
Check that the optical fiber is connected correctly.
If you can't reset this error, consult us.
220 ENGINE ERROR (A08) OFF ON
The communication error occurs between internal
units.
If this error happens often by restarting, consult us.

Adjust the power setting to reduce back reflection.

The warning of guide light ON/OFF is given.
Retry several minutes later. If this warning hap-
pens again, consult us.
238 FEED-FIBER BURNED (A23) OFF ON
The feed fiber is burnt out.
Restart the Laser. If this error happens often, con-
sult us.
239 COMBINER UNIT ALARM (A24) OFF ON
The combiner unit fault.
Restart the Laser. If this error happens often, con-
sult us.
250 DRY-AIR UNIT WARNING - -
The Warning signal has ON in the Dry-air unit.
Check the Dry-air unit below the unit manual.
251 DRY-AIR FILTER WARNING - -
The filter-warning has occurred in the Dry-air unit.
Check the filter.
