Lateral Side and Rear Side Cover Section
This section explains each section on the lateral side and rear side covers .
Function of Each Section on the Lateral Side and Rear Side Cover Section
(1) Side Covers For both sides of the Laser. Power supply, controller and laser oscillator
are beyond the cover.
(2) FA Cooler
For preventing the inside of housing from condensation.
(3) Connector Cover For the external I/O connectors.
(4) Connector Panel

For MF-C2000A-MC/SC, various connectors are mounted.
(5) Optical Fiber
Outlet
The optical fiber is connected.
(6) Power Supply
Terminals
Connects the 3-phase power supply of 200 V to 240 V AC (±10%), and
the grounding conductor. Remove the cover when connecting the power
cable and mount it when using.
(7) Dry Air Unit
(Option)
Supplies dry air inside of the main unit to prevent dew condensation.
(8) Cooling Water
Outlet
Outlet for the cooling water.
