Allowable Duty Cycle Graph
The allowable duty cycle graph for each ambient temperature is shown below.
Refer to this graph to use the laser output set value within a range inside the curve.
If it is out of range, the temperature in the equipment rises, error No.256/OUT OF
TEMPERATURE-RANGE occurs, and the product lifetime may be shortened.
The duty cycle is the ratio (in percent) of load time for the total time.
Laser output time
Duty cycle = Laser output time + Laser pause time x 100
Example)
When the laser output set value is 1600 and the duty cycle is 60%, output 1600 W of
laser for 6 minutes and pause it for 4 minutes in for 10 minutes. (40°C environment)
