BRANCH MIRROR 1 FALLEN AWAY
BRANCH MIRROR 2 FALLEN AWAY OFF
ON
A branch unit fault. A mirror on the branch side is
not detected. The branch mirror may be fallen.
Press the TROUBLE RESET button. If the trouble
will continue even after the above measures, con-
sult us.
200 CHILLER TROUBLE OFF ON
An error has been detected in the chiller. → P.40
Check connection between the chiller and the laser
welder.
Check operation of the chiller.
When an alarm is displayed, see the operation
manual of the chiller to eliminate the cause of trou-
ble.
AL31: Detected when flowrate to optical fiber is
outside the range of 1.5 to 2.5 ℓ/min. and to
laser welder is outside the range of 15 to 25
ℓ/min.
AL32: Detected when the power to the laser welder
is turned OFF when the chiller is ON.
201 WATER LEAK OFF ON
There is water leak.
Consult us.
202 WATER TEMP HIGH ERROR OFF ON
Increase the cooling water flow rate.
Check if the cooling water circulates normally.
203 WATER TEMP LOW ERROR OFF ON
If the ambient temperature is low, it takes time to
raise the cooling water temperature.
204 DEW CONDENSATION ALARM OFF ON
The cooling water is too cold, or the air is too hu-
mid.
Place the Laser in an atmosphere under the speci-
fication.

THERMAL 1 ERROR
THERMAL 2 ERROR

Abnormal temperature of the internal unit.
After waiting for several minutes, press the TROU-
BLE RESET button.

Abnormal voltage of the LD unit.
