Setting the Output Status Check Screen
In the following, the method of setting the MONITOR screen is explained .
Checking the Measured Energy Value of Laser Light
When laser light is output, the MONITOR screen is automatically displayed and a
measured energy value is displayed. The measured energy value of the last output
laser light can also be checked by the corresponding SCHEDULE number if a regis-
tered SCHEDULE number is entered.
(1) Press the "SCHEDULE" setting button.
Enter the SCHEDULE number by using the "<" and ">" buttons or numeric key-
pad and then press the ENT key.
The measured energy value of the last output laser light and laser light waveform
(green line) are displayed according to the set SCHEDULE.
⇒
When the active heat control function (option) is enabled, the detected tempera-
ture waveform (red line) is displayed. The detected temperature waveform is dis-
played for the time “laser emission time × MONITOR SPAN.” In the CW wave-
form, however, the display of the temperature waveform is finished at the time
when the following operation is performed for the laser waveform with 500 ms.
- Laser stops by the laser stop signal input within the time set in a schedule.
- The next laser output starts.
- The output setting or number of schedule is changed.
- An error occurs.
<Notes>
-
In the CW waveform, the displayed waveform may differ from the actual laser
output due to the sampling period of data for displaying a waveform . When the
modulation function is set in the CW mode, the average power displayed in "AV-
ERAGE" may also differ from the actual laser output power.
Ex .) CW modulation setting: Frequency = 15 Hz, Modulation width = 25%
