If [MACH LOCK] button on operation panel is pressed in the operational mode of [EDIT], [JOG],
[HANDLE], [increment] and [ZERO RETURN] (REF), machine will make [FEED SHAFT]
lock switch
between lock and unlock.
[FEED LOCK] will be displayed on the below of system screen when auxiliary function is locked, at this
moment, machine tool axis does not move but the display position is as the same as the position when machine
tool move, and M, S, T can be carried out.
[AUXILIARY LOCK]
will be displayed on the below of system screen when the auxiliary function is
locked, on this occasion, M, S, T cannot be carried out.
[ALL LOCK] will be displayed on the below of system screen on the occasion that feed lock and auxiliary
are all locked. feed lock and auxiliary are used for program check.
NOTE:
1.
Position of machine tool and coordinates is discordance when [machine lock]
button is pressed , so it
is necessary to carry out homing operation when completely finish;
2.
Routine operation M00, M01, M30, M98, M99 under auxiliary lock;
3.
Users can switch between [FEED LOCK] and [AUXILIARY LOCK] according to 1 and 2.
6.7 Adjustment of Traverse and Rapid Traverse in the Automatic Operation
Under the mode of automatic operation, we can adjust feedrate by pressing [FEED INCREASE] and [FEED
DCREASE] buttons, more details can be found in 4.1.3.
Pressing [X1 X10 X100] button on operation panel continuously can switch rapid traverse rate. More detials
of adjustment of rapid traverse rate can be found in 4.1.3.
NOTE:
Feed speed ratio switch and continuous rapid traverse rate switch manually are all-purpose (4.1.3).
6.8 Adjustment of Spindle Speed In The Automatic Operation
Under the mode of automatic operation, pressing [SPINDLE RATE INCREASE] and [SPINDLE RATE
DECREASE] buttons, more details can be found in 4.2.
NOTE:
Feed the spindle speed radio switch and the spindle rate switch manually are all-purpose(4.2).
6.9 Dry Run
Users can use [DRY RUN] together with [AUXILIARY LOCK] and [FEED LOCK] to check program before
start the processing.
Mode of dry run can be switched between on and off by pressing [DRY RUN] button on the operation panel,
and system will display [DRN]on the blow of screen .
NOTE:
Dry run speed is depended on parameter number 0504 (speed of dry run);
6.10 Single Run
If you want to detect program of single run, you can chose [SINGLE RUN].
Pressing [SINGLE RUN] button can switch between single run on and off under the mode of [MEM],
[MDI] , [DNC], [SINGLE RUN] will be displayed on the below of system screen.
System will pause after finishing one program block when single run is work, and next program block will be
run when [CYCLE START] button is pressed. This process has been repeated until the end.
NOTE:
1. Stop single run even the middle point in G28;
2. Can not stop single run in G98, G99, G65; but it is able to stop single run in M98 and M99 except N, O, P.
