3.1.3 Input Data Display
The prompt of input and the input data are displayed above the status display line.
The prompt of input is '>' and it displays only in the interfaces which need to input data.
Press [SHIFT] key in input status, the prompt '_' change to upper prompt '^', then enter the upper character.
The inputted data are displayed after the prompt '>' and the inputted data will be cleared when the soft key
[INPUT] or other valid input keys are pressed.
3.1.4 Program Number and Sequence Number Display
The program number and sequence number is displayed in the upper right part of the system interface. As
shown in Fig. 3-1, the current program number is O0001 and the sequence number is N000002.
In the non-programming mode, the CNC system displays the program number and sequence number of the
finally executed program. Input the program number and press the soft key [SRH]->[RUN], the searched program
number and sequence number will be displayed.
3.1.5 Rate, Actual Speed, Workpiece Count and Cycle Time Display
The current system information in each position display interface and program monitoring interface:
1. Display the Handwheel/incremental Rate, Rapid override, Spindle override, Feed rate, Actual feed rate (F)
and Spindle speed (S).
2. Display the Cycle time and Workpiece count. The counter is incremented by 1 automatically, when the
program executes the M30.
3. Display the total run time after the CNC system powered on.
NOTE:
1. User parameter 3002 decides the count will be clear or not when the system powered on.
2. Cycle time: Start timing when the automatic operation start. It is cleared when the system powered on. The
timing is paused when the feed hold.
3.2 Position Interface
1. Press [POS] function key.
2. Switch the function soft key, the following three interfaces will be displayed.
