3.2.1 Absolute Coordinate Display
Fig. 3-2 the Absolute Coordinate Interface
The following functions can be performed in the absolute coordinate interface when press the soft key
[(OPRT)]:
Coordinate Reset: Remove the influence brought by the feed lock by execution [CORD RST]. This operation
should be executed after release the feed lock in Edit mode.
Workpiece Count Cleared: Clear the number of the workpiece count. User level privilege required.
NOTE:
1. The display format of the spindle speed (S) is “Actual speed (Program speed) (Spindle override)”. The
actual speed display requested 1024 line position encoder mounted on the spindle.
2. Actual feed rate (F) = Program feed rate × Feed override.
3. When the feed rate is feed per revolution, since the unit is 0.0001 mm/min, but the display unit of the
programming rate is 0.01 mm/rpm, the third and forth place after the decimal point can not be displayed.
3.2.2 Relative Coordinate Display
The position of the machine tool’s movement can be displayed by relative coordinate, and it can be cleared at
any time.
Single axis relative coordinate clear: In relative coordinates interface, press [(OPRT)] soft key and then the X,
Y or Z key. The corresponding axis is selected and highlighted and its relative coordinate will be cleared by
pressing the soft key [ORIGIN].
All axes relative coordinate clear: All the relative coordinates will be set to 0 by pressing the soft key
[ALL-AX].
Relative coordinates setting: Set the relative coordinates of each axis. For example: input X20, press [SET],
the relative coordinate of X-axis changed to 20.
Taking the middle point: The CNC system displays half of the relative coordinate value of this axis after
execution of the [HALF].
Workpiece Count Cleared: Clear the number of the workpiece count. User level privilege required.
