When b5-09 = 0 [PID Output Level Selection = Normal Output (Direct Acting)] , and the PID Feedback [H3-xx =
B] is less than the value of b5-94 for a time longer than the value of b5-96 [EZ Sleep Wake-up Time] , the drive will
exit sleep and start operation again. When b5-09 = 1 [Reverse Output (Reverse Acting)] , and the PID feedback is
more than setting value of b5-94 for a time longer than the setting value of b5-96 , the drive will exit sleep and start
operation again.
