Process Set Point
1 A maxim u m of 8 Process Set Points are a v aila b le w ith a temperat u re range of 60 °F (15 °C) to 240 °F (115 °C).
2 The Process Set Point is displayed as "SP."

Process Times

Any of the 8 Processes can b e timed. Each timed Process has a range of 00:00:01 to 23:59:59. The concl u sion of a timed Pro-
cess w ill immediately proceed into the next Process. If the last Process of the program is timed, it w ill proceed to the selected
start position (see Looping Mode) after timing o u t. The letter "T" w ill b e displayed indicating a timed Process. Press the u p or
do w n arro w s on the TDM02 to scroll b et w een the screens sho w ing the Process Set Point and the sensed temperat u re AND the
sensed temperat u re w ith the time remaining in the Process (hh:mm:ss).
Soft Start The Soft Start feat u re controls the initial rate of v oltage change to the mod u lator.
Soft Start operates w hen s w itching from a lo w er Process temperat u re to a higher Process
temperat u re. It is designed to slo w the initial inp u t rate to the bu rner. This feat u re is a v ail-
a b le in three settings: slo w , medi u m, and fast and may b e t u rned off. "Ss" (slo w ), "Sm"
(medi u m) or "Sf" (fast) is displayed d u ring the time the Soft Start is acti v e. This feat u re is
comprehensi v e to all Set Points.
NOTE: Glo b al Setting for MP2+ system.
Max Valve VDC This feat u re limits the maxim u m v oltage applied to the mod u lator. It has a setting
range of 7 to 25 VDC. This feat u re is comprehensi v e to all Set Points.
NOTE: Glo b al Setting for MP2+ system.
Max Ramp VDC This feat u re limits the maxim u m v oltage applied to the mod u lator w hile operating in the
Ramping mode. It has a setting range of 5 to 24 VDC. This setting cannot exceed the max-
im
u m v oltage o u tp u t setting. This feat u re is comprehensi v e to all Set Points.
Total
Bandwidth This feat u re determines the amo u nt of temp. change req u ired to dri v e the mod u lator from
the minim u m fire setting to the maxim u m fire setting and v ice v ersa. This feat u re is u sed to
eliminate p u lsating or h u nting d u e to an o v ersensiti v e application. Increase the Band w idth
if a p u lsating or h u nting condition exists for an extended period of time after a Set Point
change. The feat u re has a range of 5 °F (2.8 °C) to 15 °F (8.3 °C). Total Band w idth is com-
prehensi v e to all Set Points.
NOTE: Glo b al Setting for MP2+ system.
Offset Temp This feat u re is u sed to maintain a desired temperat u re in an area not b eing directly sensed
b y the [MP2 or MP2+] system. The a v erage difference b et w een the [MP2 or MP2+]
sensed discharged temperat u re and the desired space temperat u re m u st b e kno w n. This
is the Offset. The Offset w ill set the [MP2 or MP2+] sensed discharged air needed to pro-
d u ce the desired space temperat u re. Decrease (-) the Offset to maintain and control
space temperat u re lo w er than [MP2 or MP2+] discharged temperat u re. Increase (+) the
Offset to maintain and control space temperat u re higher than [MP2 or MP2+] discharged
temperat u re. The space temperat u re w ill b e displayed as the Process Set Point.
