Installation Code and Annual Inspections:

sold and s u pplied b y Weather-Rite LLC and conform
to all req u irements set forth in the WEATHER-RITE ™
man u als and all applica b le go v ernmental a u thorities
pertaining to the installation, ser v ice, operation and
la b eling of the eq u ipment.
To help facilitate optim u m performance and safety,
Weather-Rite LLC recommends that a q u alified
contractor cond u ct, at a minim u m, ann u al
inspections of yo u r WEATHER-RITE ™ eq u ipment
and perform ser v ice w here necessary, u sing only
replacement parts sold and s u pplied b y Weather-Rite
LLC.

First 8 Hours of Operation Check b elts and adj u st as req u ired ( See Page 123, Section 24.2.2 ). Tho u gh
b elts w ere properly adj u sted at the factory, they w ill stretch after the first fe w
ho u rs of operation.

Re-check b elt tension and adj u st if necessary.
Annual Fall Start-Up
Follo w entire start- u p proced u re at this time and check control settings and
operation.
Cabinet Exterior
After installation, to u ch u p scratches. Periodic painting sho u ld b e done there-
after as req u ired. The ca u lk aro u nd w eather enclos u res and o v er field joints
sho u ld b e inspected ann u ally. Re-apply ca u lk as needed to maintain integrity.

Unit Location Verify that no flamma b le o b jects, liq u ids or v apors are present near the air
handler.
Do not hang anything from or place anything on the air handler.
Keep the area u nder and aro u nd the air handler free of all o b jects.
See Page 10, Section 3 for Clearances to Com bu sti b les.
Blower Wheel
Inspect b lo w er w heel and clean as necessary. A small bu ild u p of d u st can
ca u se a significant decrease in b lo w er performance. Check for excessi v e
v i b ration, repair as req u ired. Critical la b els are located on or near the b lo w er
