• Dry mode:
• Acti v ate s w itch to either "S u mmer" or "Winter"
position
• T u rn Dry Cycle Start Timer to desired time
(acti v ates the Dry cycle)
• Spray g u n solenoid and b ooth lights are sh u t
off
• P u rge timer is acti v ated, p u rging b ooth w ith
100% v entilation air (operating as if in paint
mode)
• Process Heater's dampers re-positions to 10%
v entilation air and 90% ret u rn air, exha u st fan
a u tomatically adj u sts airflo w to maintain the
press u re setting of the press u re controller.
• Temperat u re b ased on Dry temperat u re set
point
• When Dry cycle is completed, cool-do w n cycle
is acti v ated. Booth lights remain off.
• D u ring cool-do w n, Process Heater and the
exha u st fan re v ert to 100% v entilation airflo w
position (operating as if in paint mode)
• Process Heater and exha u st fan sh u t do w n
after cool-do w n cycle.

1. Description:
• NEMA1 hinged control panel.
• System On & Off P u sh B u ttons, C u re P u sh

• Booth Lighting On/Off S w itch, f u sing and
contactor (s u pply po w er for lights b y others).
• Eight System Indicating Lights.
• C u re P u rge Timer, Digital C u re Timer & Cool-
Do w n timer.
• Maxitrol "M" Series temperat u re set point.
• Spray g u n interlock.
• Booth b alancing pot for exha u st fan v aria b le
freq u ency dri v e.
• Booth press u re ga u ge (D w yer 4" Magnehelic ® ),
monitors b ooth press u re.
2.Operation - Paint Mode:
• System "ON" P u sh B u tton energizes system,
starting paint mode.
• B u rner is acti v ated thro u gh Heat A u to/On
S w itch (In "On" Position: B u rner energizes / In
"A u to" Position: B u rner energizes thro u gh
o u tside air stat.).
• Ventilation air damper in 100% v entilation air
position.
• Exha u st fan starts and after a timed delay, the
s u pply fan comes on.
• Booth lights operated b y on/off s w itch.
• Booth b alancing pot pro v ides fine t u ne
adj u stment of exha u st fan speed to maintain
b ooth press u re.
3.C u re Mode (100% o u tside air / red u ced airflo w
C u re system):
• P u sh C u re B u tton t o acti v ate C u re Mode.
• Spray g u n solenoid and b ooth lights are sh u t
off.
• P u rge timer is acti v ated, p u rging b ooth w ith
100% v entilation air (operating as if in paint
mode).
• After p u rge cycle, Process Heater's discharge
damper re-positions to 50% airflo w position,
exha u st fan operates at 50% airflo w .
Temperat u re b ased on C u re temperat u re set
point.
• When C u re cycle is completed, cool-do w n
cycle is acti v ated. Booth lights remain off.
