SECTION 7: AIR HANDLER ASSEMBLY
All air handlers, except the TT118 and the
recirc
u lating TT233-TT236, ha v e the b lo w er and
bu rner shipped as one piece. No field assem b ly is
req u ired. For TT118 and recirc u lating models TT233-
TT236 field assem b ly w ill b e req u ired.
To assem b le, u se the s u pplied hard w are and b olt the
b lo w er section to the bu rner section thro u gh pre-
drilled holes. S u pplied hard w are m u st b e torq u ed to
recommended specifications on Page 10, Table 1 .

On o u tdoor models, ca u lk (pro v ided b y others) the
sides, roof and b ottom seams b et w een the section
splits. Once ca u lk has b een applied to o u tdoor
models TT233-TT236 (pitched roof is standard), the

v ided roof seam co v er sho u ld b e scre w ed o v er
the ca u lked seam e v ery 12" (30.5 cm) w ith the
pro v ided scre w s. For o u tdoor model TT118, roof
seam co v er is not req u ired ( u nless pitched roof
