sed on the air handlers. The dri

en end (motor
side)

earings are a flange

lock style. The
b
earing on the side opposite the
motor is also a flange style on TT112 - TT221, on TT224 - TT236 this is a pil-
lo
w
b
lock style. All of the
b
earings are eq
u
ipped
w
ith eccentric locking collars.
These
b
earings sho
u
ld
b
e checked for tightness
b
efore start
u
p. To re tighten if
necessary, yo
u
m
u
st rotate the collar in the direction the shaft t
u
rns. Loosen
the setscre
w
that locks the collar to the shaft. Use a p
u
nch
w
ith a hammer to
gi
v
e the collar a hard strike to set the collar then tighten the setscre
w
do
w
n
again.

rs of operation.
