1. Remove the R/H side covers from top and base modules.
2. Carefully prise the black plastic bung out of the top of the blow manifold
(larger right hand tube), taking care not to damage the plastic sealing ring.
3. Insert the blow gauge, and secure it to the side of the machine for conven-
ience.
4. Close all bin air taps on both sides of the each bin.
5. On the 900-187c DigiVAC Air/Blow Control PCB, check that LK1 is in
the ‘ON’ position, for closed loop operation. This is the normal position.
6. Use switch LK3 to switch on the motors (without starting the machine).
7. Adjust the potentiometer RV2 until the gauge reads +60 mBar.

3.6.7 Replacing Blower Motor
Procedure
1. Remove the R/H side cover from the base module.
2. Remove the R/H side cover from the lowermost bin module.
Note: If red LED2 is illuminated, the motor is already running at maximum. Adjusting
the potentiometer will have no effect.
