Installation 

• 

Installing a Second Tower

11. If ancillary equipment is to be used with the system, connect it to Tower

A and switch it on. Check that the mimic updates.

12. Load some test paper into selected bins on both towers. Select the chosen

paper path and run a Test Set. Check that each set is fed correctly and that
the sets are merging together. 

Note

. There may be a small amount of shale between the sheets in the final

set. This is normal and should not be considered a problem. 

13. Run some more sets and check that they are passing through the conveyor

cleanly and exiting the system to a good and consistent quality. 

14. Thoroughly test the system.
