Parameters for start and stop of the inverter.

Description
Def.
Start delay
[742]
Delay for activating START command after turning on or a fault. It serves as the main
time component, which is summed with random time set by parameter Random time
[806] (page 40).
10 s
0 s ÷ 3000
s
This parameter serves for filtering short start commands during the startup of DC supply. It is
also used to set the gradual turning on of several inverters after power supply recovery.
Stop delay
[1137]
Delay between receiving STOP command and its execution.
0.000 s
0.000 s ÷
300.000 s
Random
time [806]
Part of the delay time for activating START command after turning on or a fault. When
set to 0, random time feature is not used.
0 s
0 s ÷ 3000
s
This parameter is used to avoid concurrent start-up of the inverters in one PV power plant or
system.
Auto
off
[681]
Turning on/off the automatic shutdown (auto off) function, according to the selected
conditions (e.g. turning off at very low power).
Turned
off
Turned off Auto off is turned off.
Turned on
If the criterion from Run condition [683] (page 40) is not fulfilled, inverter shutdowns
automatically and waits the time Max time off [685] (page 40). After this time, inverter tries to
start-up. However, if after the time defined by Meas. time [684] (page 40), operation condition is
not met again, inverter performs shutdown and so on. This time can be reduced by parameter
Adapt. time off [736] (page 40) (for PV power plants).
AUTO OFF
Group of parameters number [743]
Parameters of automatic off.

Description
Def.
Signal
auto
off [682]
Selection of signal, which will be evaluated as run condition, when the auto off
Auto off [681] (page 40) feature is turned on.

Inst.
production
Signal
When this value drops below the value set by parameter Run condition [683] (page 40) for
the time set by Meas. time [684] (page 40), inverter performs a shutdown.
Run condition
[683]
Selection of signal which will be used as run condition.
100.0 W
-90000.0 W ÷
90000.0 W
Run condition might be minimal value of power, which is required to cover the losses of the
power plant.
Meas.
time
[684]
Measurement time; during this time the average value of signal Signal auto off
[682] (page 40) is gained and this value has to be higher than Run condition
[683] (page 40) to keep the inverter in operation.
2.0 min
0.1 min ÷ 60.0
min
If the Run condition is not satisfied for the time longer than this value, inverter is stopped.
Max time off
[685]
Maximum off time after auto-off.
30.0 min
1.0
min
÷
120.0 min
After the expiration of this time after auto-off, inverter starts and tries again whether the run
conditions are met. Time to next start is shown in ON / OFF time [686] (page 18).
Adapt.
time
off [736]
Effect of DC voltage rise to decrease the auto-off time.
0.50
0.00 ÷ 10.00 Adaptivity is disabled when set to 0.00.
