Standard Air Valve Driver Output

Function

The Control supplies a switched 24 VAC output to drive the air valve solenoid of a standard Unitek 24
VAC air actuated weld head.

Connections

Connect the weld head air valve solenoid cable to the four-pin

AIR VALVE DRIVER

connector on the

connector box. The mating connector is an AMP type 206429-1, using cable clamp AMP type 206358-
2. The two male pins used are Amp type 66361-2.
