Note: Used if the AFA4000 is a Slave unit with a common fan.

Remote master On/Off signal is used

Mute

When the input configured as Mute is activated:

•

Audible alarm muted

•

Mute Icon shown on display

Note: The Mute function disables the

Mute

pushbutton so that

any audible alarm can only be muted using the input, for
example remote key switch

Fire Alarm

When the input configured as Fire Alarm is activated:

•

Red Alarm Halo illuminated

•

Fire Alarm is displayed

•

Audible alarm sounds

Note: Audible can be muted by pressing the

Mute

pushbutton.

This silences the alarm (when configured)
