B.6 UPLOAD OF THE OPENING MESSAGE

The opening message is the prerecorded voice message that anticipates every vocal
alarm message.
It has to be enabled during programming.

ENABLING OF THE OPENING MESSAGE

For enabling the opening message procede as follows:

Launch the programming software

Enter the user archive and select the corresponding system from the user list

Open the telephone configuration tables (see also chapter 4 paragraph 4.2.1) and
select the telephone interface window

Enable the opening message by clicking on the corresponding item.

The control panel is now enabled to send out the prerecorded opening message at
the beginning of every voice call.

RECORDING OF THE OPENING MESSAGE

For recording of the opening message, select the opening message-vocabulary
window.
On the screen is viewed:

For the recording procedure itself refer to chapter 4 paragraph 4.2.4.
After recording, click on the

button to confirm and close the telephone

configuration tables.

UPLOAD OF THE OPENING MESSAGE

For uploading of the opening message procede as follows:

Launch the programming software and enter the local programming environment

Enter the user archive and select the corresponding system from the user list

Click on the opposite icon
