ISASSEMBLING THE WEIGHT STACK FRAME PULLEYS

Follow the steps described in paragraph 7.9.43. 
“Disassembling the weight stack frame guard”. 
 
1.  Remove the snap ring 

a

 on both sides, using 

the special pliers provided. 

2.  Use a pushing tool to push the 

b

 inside. 

3.  Remove the PULLEYS, being careful with 

the 2 plastic spacers. 

 

  The cable holder is fastened to the frame 

by the dowel d, which may be removed 
using a 3-gauge hexagonal T-wrench. 

 
To reassemble the PULLEYS, follow the above 
steps in reverse order. 
 

  For easier reassembly of the PULLEY, it 

may be necessary to loosen the cable 
tension. 

 

  When the operation is complete, adjust 

the cable tension as described in 
paragraph 8.4. .
