OPERATION
To program the master to master synchronization, press the
‘8’
(Master to
Master) key from the Set Defaults Menu. The display now prompts the operator
through the following screens to program the master to master synchronization.
Use the
‘1’
or
‘2’
key to enter Master/Slave operation. Pressing the
‘1’
or
‘2’
key will change the information in the brackets < >. After
Master/Slave is entered, press the
‘Enter’
key.
Use the
‘0’
to
‘9’
keys to enter the sync time hour. If the clock is set
for 24 hour format, be sure to enter the PM hour correctly. Entering
the hour will display the new data on the second line of the display.
After the hour is entered, press the
‘Enter’
key.
Use the
‘0’
to
‘9’
keys to enter the sync time minute. Entering the
minute will display the new data on the second line of the display.
After the minute is entered, press the
‘Enter’
key.
Use the
‘1’
or
‘2’
key to enter AM or PM. Pressing the
‘1’
or
‘2’
key
will change the information in the brackets < >, and return the operator
to the Set Defaults Menu. NOTE: This display is only available
if the clock is set for 12 hour operation.
i.) Program Clocks: To program the type of secondary clocks, press the
‘9’
(Program
Clocks) key from the Set Defaults Menu. The display now prompts the operator
through the following screens to program secondary clock circuit operation. See
clock code selection chart in Appendix B.
Use the
‘0’
to
‘9’
keys to enter the clock code for the clock circuit 1.
Entering the code will display the new data on the second line of the
display. After the code is entered, press the
‘Enter’
key.
Use the
‘0’
to
‘9’
keys to enter the clock code for the clock circuit 2.
Entering the code will display the new data on the second line of the
display. After the code is entered, press the
‘Enter’
key.
j.) Function Keys: To enable or disable access code security for the Function
Keys, press the
‘A’
(Function Keys) key from the Set Defaults Menu. The
display now prompts the operator to press
‘1’
to turn off access code security or
‘0’
to turn on access code security for the Function Keys. Pressing the
‘1’
or
‘0’
key will change the data in the brackets <>. After on/off is entered, press the
‘Enter’
key.
NOTE:
The Function Keys are not individually programmable. This feature either
turns all Function Keys on or all Function Keys off.
NOTE:
The Function Keys are considered to be turned on if their access security
is turned off.
