OPERATION

b.) Scanning and Editing Alternate Dates: To scan all of the alternate dates

programmed into the 1460/1461, press the

‘2’

(Edit Alt Date) key from the

Program Alternate Dates Menu.

Pressing

‘2’

displays in chronological order the alternate dates programmed into

the 1460/1461 on the second line of the display. The first line of the display will
show the current alternate date and the total number of alternate dates
programmed. Then the first line will scroll through the available options.

Pressing the

‘Enter’

key will allow the operator to view and/or

change the alternate date parameters.

Pressing the

‘0’

key will erase the current alternate date after

prompting the operator.

Pressing the

‘A’

key will advance the current alternate date number by

one and display it on the bottom line of the display.

Pressing the

‘B’

key will decrease the current alternate date number

by one and display it on the bottom line of the display.

Pressing the

‘C’

key will set the current alternate date number to one

and display it on the bottom line of the display.

Pressing the

‘D’

key will set the current alternate date number to the

last alternate date and display it on the bottom line of the display.

When the

‘Enter’

key is pressed, the operator can view and/or change the

parameters of the current alternate date. Editing an alternate date is similar to
adding an alternate date, in terms of how parameters are changed.

Use the

‘0’

‘9’

keys to enter the alternate date's month.

Entering the month will display the new data on the second line of
the display. After the month is entered, press the

‘Enter’

key.

Use the

‘0’

‘9’

keys to enter the alternate date's day. Entering

the day will display the new data on the second line of the display.
After the day is entered, press the

‘Enter’

key.
