CLOCK CODE DESCRIPTIONS
Each clock circuit of the 1460/1461 Master Time Programmer consists mainly of two relays:a RUN relay
and a RESET relay. Each RUN relay provides one set of Form C contacts that are brought out a terminal
block of the main board. Each RESET relay provides two sets of Form C contacts that are also brought
out to a terminal block of the main board. Refer to clock wiring diagrams to determine how RUN and
RESET relay operation will affect secondary clocks
In order to properly drive and correct your secondary clocks, you will need to program the proper clock
code into your Master Time Programmer. The following is a description of the clock codes available with
the Master Time Programmer.
CLOCK CODE 0:
hourly correction - the RESET relay activates at XX:58:00 for 1 minute
12 hour correction - twelve cycles beginning at 5:06:00 (AM and PM) of:
the RESET relay activates for 1 minute and then deactivates for 2 minutes
CLOCK CODE 1:
hourly correction - the RESET relay activates at XX:58:00 for 65 seconds
12 hour correction - fourteen cycles beginning at 5:06:00 (AM and PM) of:
the RESET relay activates for 65 seconds and then deactivates for 55 seconds
CLOCK CODE 2:
hourly correction - the RESET relay activates at XX:59:51 for 9 seconds
12 hour correction - seven cycles beginning at 5:12:00 (AM and PM) of:
the RESET relay activates for 1 minute and then deactivates for 2 minutes
CLOCK CODE 3:
hourly correction - the RESET relay activates at XX:00:00 for 28 seconds
12 hour correction - none
CLOCK CODE 4:
hourly correction - the RESET relay activates at XX:56:10 for 7 seconds
12 hour correction - the RESET relay activates at 11:56:36 (AM and PM) for 10 seconds
CLOCK CODE 5:
hourly correction - the RUN and RESET relays activate at 5:59:25 (AM and PM) for 35
seconds
12 hour correction - the RESET relay activates at 5:12:25 (AM and PM) for 15 minutes and
35 seconds
CLOCK CODE 6:
hourly correction - the RESET relay activates at XX:57:54 for 8 seconds
12 hour correction - the RESET relay activates at 5:57:54 (AM and PM) for 14 seconds
CLOCK CODE 7:
hourly correction - the RESET relay activates at XX:59:00 for 1 minute
12 hour correction - none
CLOCK CODE 8:
hourly correction - the RESET relay activates at XX:00:00 for 28 seconds
12 hour correction - the RESET relay activates at 6:00:00 (AM and PM) for 25 minutes
