3.) Alternate Dates : The 1460/61 can be programmed with up to 65 alternate dates.

On the programmed dates the 1460/61 will automatically change to an alternate
schedule for that day and return to the main schedule the following day. After
pressing

‘3’

from the Main Menu, the Program Alternate Dates Menu is displayed.

There are two choices in this menu: 1=Add Alt Date and 2=Edit Alt Date.

NOTE:

Caution should be used to make sure that two alternate dates are not

programmed for the same dates, but different alternate schedules. The
Master Time Programmer will only use one of these alternate dates, and
it might not be the alternate date you want.

a.) Adding Alternate Dates: To add alternate dates, press the

‘1’

(Add Alt Date) key

from the Program Alternate Dates Menu. After selecting

‘1’

from Program Alternate

Dates Menu, the Add Alternate Date Menu is displayed. There are two choices in
this menu: 1=Add and Esc=Quit.

Pressing

‘Esc’

returns the operator to the Program Alternate Dates Menu.

Pressing

‘1’

adds an alternate date and prompts the operator through the following

screens to program the new alternate date data.

Use the

‘0’

to

‘9’

keys to enter the alternate date's month. Entering

the month will display the new data on the second line of the display.
After the month is entered, press the

‘Enter’

key.

Use the

‘0’

to

‘9’

keys to enter the alternate date's day. Entering the

day will display the new data on the second line of the display. After
the day is entered, press the

‘Enter’

key.

Use the

‘0’

to

‘9’

keys to enter the alternate date's year. Entering the

year will display the new data on the second line of the display. After
the year is entered, press the

‘Enter’

key.

Use the

‘0’

to

‘9’

keys to enter the alternate schedule to be run on this

date. Entering the schedule will display the new data on the second
line of the display. After the schedule is entered, press the

‘Enter’

key.
