number and method

See section 11.2 for information on how to create a PhoneBook entry and section
11.7 on how to set the default entry for live audio.

12.4.3.2.  Transmitting live audio using a

selected PhoneBook entry.

In the 

Cut-List Mode

 press the MENU button, then select [Connectivity], [Live

Connect] and [Select Phone #]

Select the telephone number that you previously entered and choose [Dial].
The Courier will show the following screen whilst dialling the number :

Once the number has been dialled, the microphone input is enabled so that a live
report can be given. You can alternate between playing cuts from the hard disk and
speaking through the microphone.

Note : When the microphone is being routed to the audio output, the  speaker
and headphones are muted.

The top three lines of the display show cuts on the disk which can be played. Use
the UP and DOWN arrow keys or the SCRUB-WHEEL to select a cut to play, and
use the tape transport keys to PLAY and STOP the cut.  The signal levels are given
at the left of the screen. When the file is being played ‘C’ represents the level of the
audio being played or the mic level while ‘L’ represents the level of the Line In.
