9. TROUBLESHOOTING

machine and remove all the wiring.

Check that the servo motor shaft

can be turned over by the hand.

the end of its usefulness or

malfunctioned.

Refer to Servo motor Instruction

Manual (Vol.2) for details of the life of

the electromagnetic brake.

Replace the servo motor.

The servo motor

coasting amount

is enlarged.

Check that a load is not increased. If a load is increased, the value

exceeded the permissible load to

motor inertia moment ratio of the

dynamic brake. (Refer to section

11.3)
