1. Replace the servo pack
2. Check the motor wiring.
3. Check the encoder wiring.
4. Take measures against noise in encoder wiring.
5. Lower the reference value.

2. Set the inertia ratio (Pn509) to an appropriate value.

1. Replace the servo pack

of the main circuit was turned ON/OFF
1. Servo pack circuit board failure

frequency of the inrush current limit resistor was

1. Replace the servo pack
2. Limit the main circuit power ON/OFF frequency not
exceeding 5 times/minute.

The temperature of the heat sink of the servo pack is
over 100℃.
1. Servo pack circuit board failure
2. Bad contact between servo pack PCB and thermo-switch
3. The servo pack fan stopped.
4. Rated load was exceeded.
5. The ambient temperature of the servo pack is over 55℃.
1~3. Replace the servo pack
4. Check load and operation conditions
5. Lower ambient temperature of the controller

ENC BACKUP ALARM
Encoder position data was cleared.
1. Servo pack circuit board failure
2. The absolute value encoder was energized for the first time.
3. Encoder cable is disconnected from the motor
4. Both the PG power (+5V) and parity power supply
in the servo pack have failed.
5. Absolute value encode failure
1. Replace the servo pack
2,3. Set up the position data in accordance with the
machine origin return method.
4. Check PG wiring. R5V power supply.
5. Replace the servo pack.
