EMERGENCY STOP
Emergency stop input is checked.
1. Panel's emergency stop button is pressed.
2. The contact point of the emergency stop button is damaged.
3. The emergency stop wiring in the controller is open.
1. Making sure that there is no hazard around,
rest the emergency stop.
2. Replace emergency stop button.
3. Correct wiring.

EXT EMERGENCY STOP
External emergency stop signal was entered.
1. External emergency stop signal was entered.
2. CG3 cable is open.
3. The external output contact of the corresponding machine
is open.
1. Making sure that there is no hazard around, rest
the emergency stop.
2. Replace CB3 cable.
3. Contact the manufacturer of the corresponding machine.

ABS POS READ ERROR
No position data received from the servo pack
1.
Abnormal communication between the controller and the servo pack
2. Defective communication cable
1. Turn power off, and then on after at least 10 seconds.
2. Inspection and replacement of communication cable

SERVO COMM ERROR
No communication with the servo pack
1.
Communication timeout between the controller and the servo pack
2.
Abnormal communication line between the controller and the servo pack
1. Turn power off, and then on after at least 10 seconds.
2. Inspect and replace the communication line.

BRAKE FAILURE
Brake has a problem
1. Clamping / unclamping signal simultaneously turned on
2. Unclamping not available after brake OFF
3. Clamping not available after brake ON
1. Check and readjust the clamp/unclamp sensors.
2. Check the sensor.
3. Check the air line and pressure sensor.

POS-DEV OVER CLAMP
During clamping, the motor exceeded setting value
by external force.
1. Air pressure too low.
2. Parameter(Pn013) setting value is too low.
1. Increase the air pressure.
2. Increase Parameter(Pn013) setting value.

Error in data received during communication
Abnormal communication data between the controller and the servo pack
Resetting and restoring

ST SIGNAL OFF
START signal is OFF.
1. Start signal from outside remains on.
2. ST and INCOM are short-circuited.
1. Press the MZERO button in manual mode after pressing the
Reset button to reset the zero point of the machine. Failure
to reset the zero point of the machine generates Err113.
2. Check the cable.

SP SIGNAL OFF
STOP signal is OFF.
1. Stop signal from outside remains on.
2. SP and INCOM are short-circuited.
1. Press the MZERO button in manual mode after pressing the
Reset button to reset the zero point of the machine.

ST SIGNAL ON FAULT
The start signal is kept turned ON when turning power on.
The external ST signal is kept turned on when turning power on. Turn the ST signal off, and then press the Reset button.

OVER
The NOT signal of the servo pack is detected in the CW direction.
Parameter (Pn606) settings have been changed.
Change the servo pack parameter P50A to xxx8.
Move the JOG in CCW direction in manual mode.

OVER TRAVEL -
The NOT signal of the servo pack is detected in the CCW direction.
Parameter (Pn607) settings have been changed.
Change the servo pack parameter P50B to xxx8.
Move the JOG in CCW direction in manual mode.
