14. Alarm

알람은 랭크분류가 되어 있고 랭크에 의해 동작내용, 정지상태등이 달라집니다.
Alarms are classified by rank which defines operation, stop status, etc.

Alarms are expressed with 3 alphanumerical characters. The first character is the alarmrank,
followed by 2 characters which represent alarm type.

알람은 3항의 영수자로 표시됩니다.
선두에 영수 자는 알람랭크를 나타내고 다음의 2항이 알람의 종류를 나타냅니다.

내 용

Description

0

알람랭크0은 극히 긴급도가 높은 알람입니다.
그러므로 알람 발생 시는 곧바로 서보 OFF하고 동작 정지합니다.
또한 POWER ON 했을 때에 내부 체크를 실시하여 만족스러운 내용이 아닐 경우 알람을 발생합니다.
이 ALARM이 발생한 경우 서보는 ON되지 않습니다. 내용을 수정하고 리셋 또는 다시 POWER ON 하여 
정상이라면 알람은 발생하지 않습니다.

Alarm rank 0 has very high degree of emergency. At this alarm, the servo turns off and the system 
stops movement. At power on, internal checking is executed and if any problem is identified, an 
alarm is generated. When this alarm is active, the servo does not turn on. Correct the problem and 
reset or power on again to release the alarm.

프로그램 실행 중에 발생하는 알람입니다.
이 알람이 발생한 경우 원 테이블과 프로그램은 정지합니다.
서보는 OFF하지 않습니다.

This alarm occurs during program running. At this alarm, the Rotary Table and program stop. But 
the servo remains on.

데이터 통신시의 이상이나 리모트컨트롤 실행 시에 이상으로 발생하는 알람입니다.
통신 시에 이 알람이 발생한 경우에는 통신이 중지되고 리모트컨트롤의 경우에는 프로그램이 실행되지
않습니다.

This alarm is triggered by a problem in data communication or remote controller function. If the
problem is in communication, the communication is stopped. If the problem is in the remote
controller, program will not run.

프로그램 내용의 부정, 프로그램 영역, 프로그램 데이터의 이상이 발생한 경우에 알람으로 됩니다.

This alarm is caused by incorrectness of program, program area or program data.

서보에 관한 알람이 발생한 경우에는 알람랭크에 관계없이 서보팩과 동일 에러번호를 발생합니다.

In case of an alarm related with the servo, the error number which is the same as the servo pack is 
generated regardless of the alarm rank.
