1. Excessively low or high temperature inside the controller

Check the temperature inside the controller after turning power off.

POWER OFF ALARM
Parameter change requiring turning power on again
1. A parameter which require system restart was changed.
2. A parameter was entered from outside.
3. A servopack parameter which require system restart
was changed.
Turn power off, and then on after at least 10 seconds.

POWER ON ERROR
Power on procedure failed.
Failed to process the data obtained at power on.
Reset or turn power off, and then on after at least 10 seconds.

CH SIGNAL ON FAULT
Turn the CHSET signal off, and then press the Reset button.

ALARM AL01, AL02, AL03
One or more of the output signals of the servo pack (AL01,
AL02 and AL03) is kept turned on.
Alarm code is displayed from the servo pack when starting the servo pack.
Remove the cause of alarm, and then press the Reset button.

The motor has rotated by external force during clamping, and

1. Overloaded.
2. Droop check setting time (Pn008) is too short.
3. Droop check setting amount (Pn009) is too small.
1. Reduce the load.
2. Set up the droop check time above the acc/dec time.
3. Increase the droop check setting.
