Temperature averaging and zone control
If you have more than one temperature sensor assigned to control a zone, Plus Touch automatically
averages the temperature readings it receives. Temperature averaging provides a more balanced,
overall temperature for a zone.
If there are no functioning temperature sensors, Plus Touch controls the
equipment as if the master set point for the zone is the actual temperature.
Replace damaged temperature sensors as soon as possible. If a temperature
sensor is damaged, disable it until you can replace it with a new one.
Modifiers
Modifiers are sensors that can modify zone control. For example, you can use a humidity sensor to
modify ventilation and increase ventilation when humidity levels are too high. For more

To configure inputs
1.
Press the
Menu
and then
Configuration
.
2.
Press
Sensors
.
3.
Scroll to and then press sensor you want to configure.
The Sensor Configuration screen displays.
4.
To rename the sensor, press
Rename
. Press
and then type the new name. When finished, press
Confirm
to save the change and return to the Configuration screen.
5.
Select the zone(s) the sensor is in. If the sensor will not belong to a zone, skip this step.
6.
Select the zone(s) sensor can modify. If the sensor will not have the ability to modify in a zone,
skip this step or deselect it.
7.
Select the type of sensor.
8.
When finished, press
Save
.
