2-3-7 Marking check
Due to the characteristics of the laser marker, the laser output, focus (work distance), and marking state may vary
depending on the temperature environment or operating conditions. Take the following measures to obtain stable results.
• Before full operation, perform test marking to make sure that there is leeway in terms of the marking conditions and also
marking performance is stable.
• Take necessary measures for air conditioning, ventilation, and waste heat treatment so as to reduce ambient
temperature changes.
• When moving to a place where the ambient temperature is different, start using the laser marker only after it gets used
to the new temperature environment.

The following are some of the cases where the difference of the ambient temperatures or the change in the environment
affects the marking results.
• Right after the product is installed after it is transported
• When the product is started for the first time or when it is started at the beginning of the day
• After a long holiday
• Temperature difference between seasons or between days and nights
• When the product layout is changed
• Extreme changes in the operation rate
• Laser marker temperature is low, etc.
