If INTERLOCK (X16 - X17 and X18 - X19) is opened, the laser pumping is turned off and the shutter is closed, regardless of
whether or not the laser is radiating. Refer to “Laser marker operation when functions for safety measures are input” (P.100).

T1 Approx. 50ms INTERLOCK MONITOR is switched open and closed with a delay of approx. 50ms with
reference to each INTERLOCK input.
T2 Max. 1 sec. There is a delay time of around 200ms to max. 1 second from turning ON/OFF of
SHUTTER IN (X8) to turning ON/OFF of SHUTTER CLOSE 1 OUT (Y8) and SHUTTER
CLOSE 2 OUT (Y9).
T3 100ms or more Keep the ON status for 100ms or more.
T4 Approx. 5 to 10 sec. Time for completion of laser pumping.
• At the usual operation: Approx. 5 sec.
• Re-pumping right after turning the laser pumping OFF: Max. 10 sec.
T5 ― The time until when the shutter is opened or the total of marking data creation time,
whichever is longer.
T6 2ms or more Keep the ON status for 2ms or more.
T7 2 to 510ms This is One-shot output. Set the output time on the environment setting screen. There is
a small margin of error for the setting value.
T8 Max. 1 sec. After the laser pumping is completed, there is a delay time of max. 1 second until when
SHUTTER CLOSE 1 OUT (Y8) and SHUTTER CLOSE 2 OUT (Y9) are turned OFF.
