E691 *5 The 3D model contains an invalid setting.
• Check the all object groups in the marking file are
assigned to the 3D model.
• If the 3D model is vertical cone, check the value of
the bottom diameter and the upper diameter are set
correctly.
E692 *5, *6
There is marking data in a position that cannot
be marked.
• When you use the 3D marking, check the 3D
settings.
• Adjust the data position (X/Y/Z) and size located
outside of the marking field.
• When you use the autofocus function, check the
workpiece displacement.
• If the marking position or marking data is changed
by the external input function such as an external
offset (via SEO command) or characters specified
by SIN command, check whether the data fits in
the marking field.
E699 Some setting fields contain an improper value.
• Overwrite the data again to the selected file
number.
• If the problem persists, save the backup file and
contact our sales office or representatives.
E710 - E711
*2, *3
The head air-cooling fan has stopped.
• Refer to “Setup/Maintenance Guide” and clean the
fan.
• Check the connection status of the fan connector.
• Replace the fan.
• For LP-RC series, confirm the side covers of the
head are installed properly.
E712 *5, *6
The power supply voltage exceeds the permissible
range.
Check and correct the power status.
E715 *3 The temperature of the laser oscillator is high.
• Check if the ambient temperature of the
laser marker is not exceeding the range of its
specification.
• Make sure air-cooling fan operates.
• Remove the dust and contamination in the air
intake and exhaust port, and clean the air-cooling
part such as fan and filter.
E716 - E717
*5, *6
The rotation speed of the controller fan is
decreasing.
• Clean the air intake and exhaust port and fan
located at the air cooling area of the controller.
• If the air filter is contaminated, replace it.
• Replace the fan.
E726-E729

The rotation speed of the head fan is decreasing.
• Clean the air intake and exhaust located at the air
cooling area of the head.
• If the air filter is contaminated, replace it.
• If it happens again, contact our service center or
sales offices.
