7-4 Serial Number Checking Method

Notify our sales office or representatives of the laser marker serial number for inspection or repair.

The head and controller are delivered with the same serial numbers.

Check it on laser marker main unit

The serial number of the laser marker is written on the area marked by a circle in the figure below.

Rear of standard head

Side of standard head

Rear of controller

Check it on Laser Marker NAVI smart

1.

Establish an online connection between your PC and the laser marking system.

2.

Go to the “System settings” screen and select “System information” in the ribbon.
The serial numbers for the head and controller are displayed in the dialog.
