When the application of the image checking after
marking is set to “Code checking” or “Character
checking”, input “Object number to check” that is
the same number with the object number you set in
barcode/2D code settings or character settings.

If you use PV230/PV200 for image checking after
marking, input the following items, so that the setting
values are same with the settings in PV230/PV200.
• Type number set on PV
• For code checking: CDR checker number set on PV
• For character checking: OCR checker number set on PV

• If there is no type number applicable to the image checker (PV230/PV200) setting data, the linkage function cannot be
used. Check that the type specified here is consistent with the image checker (PV230/PV200) setting.
• When the application is set to code checking and if you want to check the code symbol and human readable text at the
same time, set CDR checker number for the code symbol and OCR checker number for the human readable text.
• When using one PV230/PV200 for both image checking before marking and image checking after marking, specify the
type No. used for image checking before marking with an external device such as PLC each time marking is performed.
If the type No. for image checking before marking is not specified, the type No. set for image checking after marking will
be applied and image checking before marking cannot be performed properly.
8.
Overwrite the file after setting completion.
Select “Save” – “To laser marking system” in the ribbon to save the settings.
