2-3-2 Installation method
• Install the head on a plate with a thickness of 10 mm to 15 mm which is made of aluminum or other material with
radiation performance equivalent to that of aluminum.
• For details of installation, refer to “1-4-1 Head” (P.29).
• Fix the head in the following conditions.
