MPEG-4 recording capacity can be calculated by MPEG-4 bit rate
(Kbps) divided by 8 bits, times by time
(seconds).
Example: for a 640 x 480 dot resolution with 768 Kbps MPEG-4 bit rate, the calculation is 768 Kbps divided
by 8 bits, times by 3,600 seconds (1 hour) = 345,600 KB (About 337.5 MB).
