Description
IP Address or Host Name
Enter the Mail Sending Server (SMTP) IP address or host name. (Up to 255
alphanumeric characters.)
•
Symbols can also be entered (up to 255 alphanumeric characters).
However, [Space], ["], ['], [&], [<], [>], [0.0.0.0], and [255.255.255.255]
cannot be entered.
•
IPv6 addresses can also be used.
–
When entering IPv6 addresses, divide the 8 groups of hexadecimal
digits with [:].

Consecutive [0] are displayed as [::].
–
To distinguish IPv4 addresses, set these in brackets [ ].
Example: [2001:2:3:4::5]
Port
Enter the Mail Sending Server (SMTP) port number (1-65535). Port 25 is
normally used.
Sender
Enter the sender's E-mail address.
•
Enter the E-mail address assigned by the provider specified in Mail
Sending Server (SMTP).
•
["] cannot be entered in E-mail addresses.
Destination E-mail Address 1/
Destination E-mail Address 2/
Destination E-mail Address 3
Enter the destination E-mail addresses.
•
Up to 3 destination addresses can be set. (It is not necessary to enter
all 3 destination addresses.)
•
["] cannot be entered in E-mail addresses.
