Slewing ring bolt check (inside):
x
Lift them main boom to c. 80°.
x Remove the plastic cover.
x
Remove both covers (1) on the crane column.
x Slew the crane until you are able to check the
inside slewing ring bolts in both openings
without getting jammed.
x
Press the emergency cut-off button until it
locks.
x
Check the inside slewing ring bolts (2) and
tighten them applying the specified torque.
x
Tighten them on opposite sides as long as
possible.
x
Release the emergency cut-off button.
Repeat the inspection until you have checked all inside slewing
ring bolts.
After this:
Check the (outside) slewing ring bolts:
x
Press the emergency cut-off button until it
locks.
x
Check the outside slewing ring bolts (3) and
tighten them applying the specified torque.
x
Always tighten outside slewing ring bolts
diagonally.
x
Release the emergency cut-off button.
Repeat the inspection until you have checked all outside slewing
ring bolts.
