Relieving the pressure of the hydraulic system:

x

The unit must be switched off and the power supply disconnected.

x

Secure the unit against being switched on unintentionally.

x

Push all operating levers in both switching positions several times.
The pressure in the hydraulic system is relieved apart from possible residual pressures.

Warning!

Let the hydraulic oil cool down sufficiently to prevent scalding.

Operating hours counter

The Paltronic 150 control system contains an operating hours counter. This provides information about
the total number of operating hours and the number of operating hours that remain until the next
service.

Function and operation are described in the ‘Paltronic 150 control system’ chapter.

Note!

Adhering to the prescribed maintenance and service intervals
increases the service life of the unit and prevents unforeseen failures
during operation.

If the service intervals are not adhered to or not carried out by an
authorised PALFINGER service partner, the warranty is invalidated.

After servicing the PALFINGER service center resets the service interval to 1000 hours.
