Stabilizer cylinder

Retracting the tiltable stabilizer with pivot rods

Situation: The pin has been removed from the pivot rods while the stabilizers are active.

Note!

Absolutely, reinsert the pin for the pivot rods before retracting the
stabilizers. If the pin for the pivot rods is not inserted, the stabilizer
cylinder can still lift and lower, but not slew any more.

Warning!

Only push in the pin for the pivot rods with the stabilizer cylinder
sufficiently extend and pointing vertically downwards.

(1) Briefly lift up the stabilizer cylinder.

(2) Remove the supporting plate (C) from under the support jack.

(3) Lower the stabilizer cylinder sufficiently.

(4) Push in the pin for the pivot rods (B) and secure it with the lynch pin (A).

(5) Lift up the stabilizer cylinder (which can now be swiveled).
