Operation
Assembling/disassembling the pulley head:
x
See 'Ancillary equipment', chapter 5.
Danger!
Before working on either the pulley head or rope deactivate SRC and
disconnect the sensor on the pulley head from mains! Otherwise there
is an acute risk of crushing and therefore a risk of injury!
Pulley head assembly - first step: Disconnect the SRC cable from the pulley head!
Pulley head assembly - last step: Connect the SRC cable to the pulley head!
Activating SRC:
Note!
When the RTC system (rope tension control) is on, it is not possible
to activate SRC!
Requirements:

Cable connected to pulley head.
x
Rope winch is on.
To be activated via SELECT key in the rope winch menu

Control characteristics:
Various factors such as the extension path of the booms, load on the winch, simultaneous actuation of
several crane functions, etc. may cause control deviations of the rope winch of +/- 0.5m.
Deactivating SRC:
x
via SELECT key in the rope winch menu
.
x
Disconnecting the cable from the pulley head
x
Changing the operating mode to stabilizer operation or manual operation via key switch.
x
Switching electric power off on crane.
x
Activating the RTC function.
x
The power link rope winch is not in working position.
x
Switch off rope winch.
