Hydraulic oil change, filter change
Hydraulic oil filter
The hydraulic system is equipped with a filter package.
The filter package includes:
high pressure filter, return filter and air filter (at tank).
Note!
Always replace the complete filter package.
Initial change of the filter package must be done after the first 50 operating hours.
Filters then must be replaced after every 1000 operating hours or once per year, whichever comes first.

Hydraulic oil change
Hydraulic oil needs to be changed after every 1000 operating hours or once every year.
Note!
Oil maintenance on a yearly basis significantly increases the oil
change intervals.
For the operating company this means cost saving and also a
reduced quantity of discarded oil and therefore a less pollution.
Have oil maintenance carried out by a PALFINGER partner on a yearly
basis.
Hydraulic oil maintenance
Oil maintenance includes the following actions:
x Oil filtration.
x Water separation.
x
Check of oil purity.
x Filter change (see hydraulic oil filter).
