5.5.2 DACONLY
1. Press the CURSOR menu soft key and a small circle will appear on the display that selects
the points/echo where DAC compensation is calculated and the amplitude of the selected
points is adjusted. With the UP/DOWN arrow keys or the SmartKnob™, move the cursor
to the point/echo where the DAC Only is to start (see
Figure 5-56 ).
2. Press the SELECT menu soft key; this will log the next point/echo. SELECT will
automatically change to ADJUST. With the UP/DOWN arrow keys or SmartKnob™,
adjust the gain to increase the echo amplitude to the desired height: for example, from
70% FSH (full screen height) to 80% FSH (see
Figure 5-57 ).
3. Press the CURSOR menu soft key , and with the UP/DOWN arrow keys or SmartKnob™,
adjust the cursor to the next point/echo (see Figure 5-58 ).
4. Press the SELECT menu soft key; this will log the next point/echo. SELECT will
automatically change to ADJUST. With the UP/DOWN arrow keys or SmartKnob™,
adjust the gain to increase the echo amplitude to the desired height: for example, from
60% FSH to 80% FSH (see
Figure 5-59 ).
