03.16
: Speed controller gain select (
)
Adjustment range:Gains # 1 (0) or Gains # 2 (1)
Factory setting : Gains # 1 (0)
Format: 8 bits
This parameter can be modified when the drive is disabled or
enabled.
Gains # 1 (0):
Selection of Kp1 (
03.10
), Ki1 (
03.11
) and Kd1 (
03.12
)
gains.
Gains # 2 (1):
Selection of Kp2 (
03.13
), Ki2 (
03.14
) and Kd2 (
03.15
)
gains.
03.17
: Speed gain set-up (
)
Adjustment range : Manual mode 1 (0), Automatic (1),
Manual mode 2 (2)
Factory setting : Manual mode 1 (0)
Format: 8 bits
Manual mode 1 (0):
The proportional gain is only applied to the speed feedback
signal. This checking method is recommended for process
applications where the response time is not a critical setting.
Automatic (1)
:
Reserved
Manual mode 2 (2):
The proportional gain is applied to the reference signal and to
the speed feedback signal.
03.18
: Motor and load inertia (
)
Adjustment range : 0.000 to 32.000 kg.m
2
Factory setting : 0.000 Kg.m
2
Format: 16 bits
Corresponds to the total inertia applied to the motor (motor
i load inertia).
03.19
: Not used
03.20
: Bandwidth (
)
Reserved.
03.21
: Damping factor (
)
Reserved.
03.22
: Hard speed reference (
)
Reserved.
03.23
: Hard speed reference selector (
)
Reserved.
03.24
: Not used
03.25
: Position feedback phase angle (
)
Adjustment range : 0.0 to 359.9 °
Factory setting : 0.0 °
Format: 32 bits
Indicates the result of the phasing test performed during
autotuning (see
05.12
). It is stored when the drive is powered
down and will only be modified automatically after another
autotune.
• The phase angle, where it is known, can be entered
manually. Any incorrect value can cause the motor
to rotate in the wrong direction or trip the drive.
03.26
: Selection of encoder to be checked
Adjustment range: None (0), Incremental (1),
U,V,W only (2), Incremental, U,V,W (3),
Hall effect sensor (4), Resolver (5).
Factory setting: None (0)
Format: 8 bits
This parameter is used to check an encoder’s operation
without the feedback information being used in the check.
None (0):
No test.
Incremental (0):
Tests a quadrature incremental encoder with complemented
signals A, B.
U,V,W only (2):
Tests the U,V,W signals of an incremental encoder with
commutation channels.
Incremental U,V,W (3):
Tests the A,B signals of an incremental encoder with
commutation channels.
Hall effect sensor (4):
Tests the 3 Hall effect sensors phase-shifted by 120° electrical
integrated in some motors.
Resolver:
Tests a resolver.
The speed of the encoder selected in
03.26
is displayed in
03.27
.
NB
:
The encoder actually used in closed loop mode is defined by
the parameter
03.38
.
