Here’s something cool that we discussed way back in the day, but it’s worth bringing up again.
You do not need to manually navigate to the samples tab to edit individual samples! Wait, what?! But how...?
Yo, check it! From the Overview screen, you can easily switch between banks by tapping the bank that you want to access.
The bank’s letter will illuminate, confirming the selected bank.
The samples will then be whatever you added to that particular bank and the sample pads will also change color to what you
assigned to them.
But that’s not all! Displayed above the bank “box” are the six samples from that bank. They are laid out vertically on the display,
just like they are on the hardware. Double-tapping a sample will take you to that sample pad’s page.
When the day is over and you need to unwind, simply load up DLZ Creator’s version of ‘Simon™’, available within the sampler
tab [Sampler > DLZimon™]. Like its circular tabletop counterpart, this works similarly in that DLZ Creator will simultaneously
emit a quick sound and flash a brightly colored light (i.e. sample pad). You will then have to repeat the sequence back
to DLZ Creator... in the same order. The game ends when you incorrectly guess the order.
Don’t forget that there are three levels of game play. Be sure to set it up in Settings >System:
[Easy, Enhanced or Pro].
