Control Modes

You will hear all about modes throughout this entire manual, as there are visible and functional differences between them.  
No need to fret, though, as we will pick them all apart, answering any questions you may have. DLZ Creator has three modes  
to choose from. Additionally, all three modes feature an intuitive wizard, should you ever get stuck!

 

• 

Easy Mode –

 Easy mode is for the beginner. The feature set may be reduced in easy mode,  

 

 

but once you have a better grip, simply jump to enhanced or pro mode! We highly suggest  

 

 

starting with easy mode.

 

• 

Enhanced Mode –

 Enhanced mode is easy mode, but with additional features and flexibility.  

 

 

This mode is perfect for entry-level broadcasters, podcasters, Stratocasters® and Telecasters®.

 

• 

Pro Mode –

 You know it all, don’t cha?! If so, then dive right in to pro mode where the features  

 

 

and flexibility are at their most advanced.

As you can see in the image on the previous page, easy mode is already selected and the setup assistant toggle switch  
is to the right [on]. Tap the ‘Next’ button. Follow the steps as they appear on the screens being sure not to skip any...  
no shortcuts! However, if you missed a step – tsk tsk! – you can always tap the ‘Back’ button. You will be greeted  
with screens, but in short, these are the steps (regardless of the chosen mode):

Channel Faders –

 Raise all channel faders to unity level. This includes the sampler channel fader.

 

• 

Headphones, Part I –

 Connect 1-4 headphones to the headphone output jack(s).
