Step 3 — Recalling snapshots:
Now that you’ve created and named the snapshots, it’s time to recall them!
On recall, all appropriate console parameters change to match the stored snapshot.
Tapping ‘Restore Default Settings’ will set the DLZ Creator to its default (which – for all intents
and purposes – is a zeroed out board). ‘Restore Default Settings’ is always listed on the bottom
and cannot be renamed, replaced or deleted; only recalled. In fact...
Go ahead and start by tapping ‘Restore Default Settings’ so it is highlighted. You will immediately be greeted
with the following confirmation dialog:
As stated, this clears all current settings... but it will keep all snapshots, of course! Tap ‘Clear Settings and Restart’
if ready to wipe the board or ‘Go Back’ if you need to save a snapshot first. Lucky for us, we DID save a snapshot
already. We will recall it shortly. After tapping ‘Clear Settings and Restart’, DLZ Creator will reset all settings
and return to the overview display.
Now return to the snapshots tab. Notice that the snapshot(s) you created are still there! Tap the snapshot you want
to recall so it is highlighted:
The next thing to do is to tap the open folder icon: RECALL. On recall, all appropriate console parameters change
to match the saved snapshot.
A confirmation dialog will appear. As stated, all unsaved data will be lost... but it will keep all snapshots, of course!
